My dream of contributing to society and making a Green effect has persisted over the years, driven by a desire to create a better world. I’ve felt displeased by the environmental issues that plagued our society since I was a university student at KL, Malaysia.
Witnessing the chaos of municipal and electronics waste management and the harmful air pollution from industry and automotive left me feeling a profound sense of responsibility. From the bottom of my heart, I knew I had to do something to impact the Green world positively.
The rise of Sustainability initiatives in today’s business world has reignited and reminded me of the power of our passions and skills to tackle societal challenges and build a more sustainable future. Business is the key to human advancement, and we all have a part to play in creating a sustainable future where we can live in harmony with the environment.

Founder & CEO
Wee Yien Ann
Wee Yien Ann holds an MSc in Management of Technology (MOT) from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a Bac in Electronic Systems Engineering (ESE) from MJIIT, UTM.
With over 8 years of experience working in a Japanese Multinational Corporation – Murata Electronics Corporation, Wee has held key roles such as a New Business Development Executive, Innovation and Rationalization Engineer, and R&D Engineer in Japan.
During his professional career, Wee has been actively driving new business development, promoting corporation innovation, and scouting technology in advanced tech development for Sustainability and the Industrial 4.0 agenda. His expertise has contributed to his company’s Decarbonization & Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) initiatives in the ASEAN region.
Founder & Director
Dr. Erik Wee holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from California Metropolitan University and is a Fellow of the Malaysia Institute of Chartered Accountants (MIA), Chartered Institutes of Management Accountants (CIMA), and Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA).
He has 17 years of combined experience as a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, and a strong background in Sales & Marketing, Business Development & Administration Management. Throughout his career, Dr. Erik Wee has demonstrated his expertise in various business dimensions, such as developing and implementing business model strategies, designing operational systems, and building high-performance teams for SBUs. He has a proven track record of supporting organizations in achieving their strategic objectives by leveraging his skills and experience in business administration management.
Dr. Erik Wee is a strategic thinker passionate about creating innovative solutions to complex business challenges. He is a highly motivated and dedicated professional who thrives in fast-paced and challenging environments. Besides, his expertise in functional system design has helped organizations optimize their business processes, resulting in increased efficiency and cost savings. His commitment to continuous learning and development has enabled him to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
